Sunday, September 18th, 2011 from 12 to 6pm

Seattle Symphony presents dozens of local musical performances on six stages in and around to welcome Music Director Ludovic Morlot. Over 40 musical acts representing a host of genres — from rock and hip hop to jazz, classical and folk — will appear on multiple stages.

Friday March 16th, 2012 at 8pm

Renowned soprano Renée Fleming returns to Benaroya Hall for a performance with Seattle Symphony conducted by Ludovic Morlot.

Pink Martini with Seattle Symphony

Friday April 20th, 2012 at 8pm

See the world-famous, Portland-based "little orchestra" in concert with the Seattle Symphony conducted by Eric Garcia. Pink Martini’s signature sound blends de diverse genres of Latin, lounge, classical and jazz.

Bluebeard's Castle

Tuesday, May 15th, 2012 at 7:30pm

Following Seattle Symphony’s critically acclaimed 2007 production of this concert-staged opera by Bartók, the stunning sets, designed by artist Dale Chihuly, have traveled to Milwaukee, Nashville, Tel Aviv and will return to Benaroya Hall for a two-night engagement.

The sounds of Latin America come alive with internationally renowned Brazilian pianist Arnaldo Cohen and Mexican conductor Carlos Miguel Prieto in this program featuring music by Revueltas, Chávez, Monvayo and more.

Celebrate Asia

Friday, February 24th, 2012 at 7:30pm

Now in its fourth year, Celebrate Asia showcases the musical traditions of both East and West in a spectacular celebration of our region's diverse Asian community. Pre-concert performances start at 6:30pm.

Rising star HAHN-BIN will perform Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto; Grammy-winning trumpet player Cuong Vu will perform an original work for jazz quartet and orchestra; and pipa soloist Jie Ma will perform Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Zhou Long’s Beijing Drum for pipa and orchestra.

Hungarian Dances

Friday, May 4th, 2012 at 7:30pm

Sample the rich tradition of Hungarian music in an evening of folk-inspired works by Brahms, Ravel, Bartók and more.
